This article solves the problem of incomplete use of the opportunities for competitive selection of employees for a vacant position. It is proposed to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the professional qualities of applicants in accordance with their position using the method of graphic rating scale, after the business game. After a comprehensive assessment and scoring, the best candidate with the highest number of points is accepted for the vacant position.
