Perfection of the method of teaching stereometry and descriptive geometry

The article describes the application of the method of projections and computer simulation tools in the study of stereometry and descriptive geometry. The techniques of using the Inventor program and the interactive system of dynamic geometry Geogebra when teaching students in engineering classes of secondary schools and first-year students of a technical university are considered. It is shown how improving the visibility of geometric constructions using three-dimensional modeling contributes to the development of interest in stereometry and further to descriptive geometry.
