Improving the national security policy: the mission of the regional “mediator”

Today, the security environment in the world is characterized by dynamics, inconsistency and difficult to predict changes that are reflected at the regional and national levels. States, within the framework of their national policies, take into account the important role in organizing and con-ducting consultations aimed at creating a new model of regional cooperation in the Black Sea region of South-Eastern Europe. This study focuses on improving national security policy and revealing the role of a regional “mediator” in the field of security, as well as promising ways to strengthen inter-national unity. Descriptive analysis is used to describe the phenomena of the social order, and the method of deterministic analysis is also used to study the influence of factors whose relationship with the effective indicator is functional.
