Substantiation of need for improvement of the normative standard requirements for sunflower seeds

The analysis of improvement of normal technical standard requirements for sunflower seeds is made in ac-cordance with division into districts of varieties and hybrids with new features and characteristics of the seeds, and also with changed technology of cultivation and international standard regulations. It is shown, that occasional changes in sunflower production require permanent improvement of normative technical requirements of standards, adjusted to the section development.
