Improving the organization and management of production through a system of inventory management

In the article the regulations, scientific and educational literature on the use of management practices, result-oriented in order to improve the organization and management of production. It is recommended to introduce a system of inventory management, cost controlling as part of the transfer (including a number of proposed rules) of accounting and control of inventories at a qualitatively new level, to improve the organization and management of production.
