Improvement of the organizational and construction model in the construction of engineering structures

The article is devoted to the study of the features of improving the organizational and construction model in the construction of engineering structures. It is noted that the organizational and construction model is a set of methods, forms, processes and technologies used during design and construction. The author analyzes the problems of the traditional organizational and construction model, highlights aspects of improving the organizational and construction model using various technologies and methods. Special attention is paid to the study of the advantages of improving such models. The author concludes that the integration of innovative solutions, flexible project management, effective risk management, and attention to environmental and social aspects all contribute to improving the quality and reliability of facilities under construction.
