Law enforcement activities improvement in the context of new technologies introduction

In the study framework of the law enforcement activities main elements in the context of the new technologies forced introduction, the author identified key factors and barriers in the development of the regulatory framework of the digital economy in the Russian Federation, determined the role of legislative stability, as well as the certainty and accessibility of regulatory information as a factor economic development of the society. The content of the qualitative characteristics of the legislation used in the program and strategic documents of technological modernization is disclosed. As a result of the study, the author proposed the main guidelines for improving law enforcement activities in the Russian Federation in terms of the law enforcement evolution under conditions of new technologies forced implementation.
