Improvement of legal regulation of cooperation between internal affairs and institutions of civil society in anti-corruption

Introduction: the article reveals the legal basis for cooperation between the internal affairs bodies and civil society institutions in combating corruption, analyzes the regulatory legal acts affecting the issues of their joint activities, and considers the types of regulatory sources. Practical recommendations for improving and systematizing the legal support for combating corruption by the internal affairs bodies together with civil society institutions are outlined.
