The article analyzes current changes in legislation on urban planning activities, land legislation aimed at improving the legal mechanisms for the integrated development of territories, as well as problems that were previously ignored. Individual changes in legislation are examined from a historical point of view, with an emphasis on the prerequisites that influenced their adoption.
