Improving the process of development of reflective consciousness of young people in cultural institutions

The article deals with the improvement of the development process of reflexive consciousness among young people in cultural institutions. The author found that the main source of the development of young people are value orientation - as a result of the process of socialization of youth, in which norms of society is internalize in value of the person, if it does not reject these norms. To the transformation of regulatory norms of the society in the regulatory value of the individual took place, is necessary to include the person in the reflexive consciousness, which can be determined in reference groups: family, education, manufacturing, informal, civil, political, ideological or communication-communication and cultural. The article revealed that in recent years there have been some positive developments, in particular, a clear shift recreational interests of young people to a larger quest for more information. The author concludes that the improvement of conditions for the development of youth and their reflexive consciousness depends on the opportunities offered by cultural institutions, which are aimed at development of valuable and creative skills of young people.
