The article touches on the issues of advancement of law enforcement departments’ leading staff professional training based on active forms of training with the use of modern techniques of dynamic informational simulation. The method under study allows the learner (as the leader of a corresponding unit or a law enforcement department) to immerse deeply into real information space of the managed object.
