Improving the system of personnel placement in social care institutions

This article considers the main problems and threats in the system of personnel placement in the institutions of the social sphere, as well as suggests ways to optimize and improve this system to improve the effectiveness of the institution as a whole. Also within the framework of the article the research on the basis of a specific institution of the social sphere was carried out. Relevance of the research of the system of perfection of the personnel placement in the institutions of the social sphere is stipulated by the fact that the social sphere is one of the most significant for the population as the employees bear great responsibility, socially important tasks are put before them and efficiency of its work in many respects depends on the competent personnel placement in the institution. And also one of the main components of the personnel placement system is the socio-psychological climate in the team, so this aspect was also considered in this paper, because it may not be taken into account in the placement of personnel, which is one of the main problems. And since this system is multilevel, it requires detailed consideration. The purpose of this article is to study the current state of the personnel placement system in the institutions of the social sphere, to identify problems and threats in this system, to analyze the results obtained during the study, and to develop recommendations for improving this system. Hypothesis: In the modern system of personnel placement in the institutions of the social sphere managers do not pay proper attention to the socio-psychological climate in the team and do not take into account personal characteristics of employees, due to which the effectiveness of the institution falls. As a result, recommendations were given to improve the system of personnel placement in the institutions of the social sphere. Scientific novelty of the work consists in the developed methods for improving the system of personnel placement in the institutions of the social sphere.
