Improving the risk management system for sustainable development of production enterprises

This article systematizes the main risks that affect manufacturing companies associated with the development of the global economy, political risks, and currency risks, risks of reduced liquidity and solvency of manufacturing enterprises. And also a three-level system for managing the strategic sustainability of an organization is proposed through the formation of a risk management system that will correspond to the stage of their development, as well as the level of maturity of the existing risk management system.
