Improvement of strategic management of sustainable development of Yakutia coal mining companies on the basis of integration of mechanisms for decision-making and eco-economic business evaluation. Part 1

This article discusses the strategic aspects of sustainability of coal mining companies in South Yakutia. Coal mining development trends, positive and negative factors that have the most direct impact on the activities of industrial enterprises are analyzed. The specific features of the implementation of economic activities by companies engaged in the coal production and processing are highlighted. The main problem presented in the study is insufficiently adequate state of strategic enterprise management mechanism for the current business environment and the requirements of the government, the public and business partners to develop a strategy. Implementation of activities within the framework of the concept of sustainability requires the closest attention to the ensuring of close interaction between three subsystems of strategic enterprise management: economic, social and environmental ones. The main goal of the study is to develop proposals to improve the model and mechanism for managing strategic decision-making processes based on the concept of sustainable development, which implies the unity and integration of the key components of the management system, which are the economic, social, environmental, and legal ones. Based on the analysis of scientific works, world and domestic practices of managing industrial enterprises, the research methodological base is highlighted, the basis of which is the synthesis of systemic, integrated, cultural studies approaches, the theory and practice of strategic management and business evaluation. The improved model for the development of strategic management decisions of a coal mining company is presented, which is based on the integration of strategic decision-making mechanisms and a comprehensive assessment of the ecological and economic condition of the enterprise. Tools are proposed to ensure the interconnection, synergy of elements of the strategic management system of an industrial enterprise, and improving the quality level of management decisions aimed at ensuring the sustainable development of the company.
