Improvement of the management style of top managers in the bodies of the state executive power (on the example of the ministry of industry and innovation policy of the Republic of Bashkortost)

This work is devoted to the study of the style of government. A brief description of the styles of public administration is given, the main efforts of the Ministry of Industry and the Innovation Policy of the Republic of Belarus in the framework of innovative technologies are considered, the main ways of increasing the effectiveness of the style of the top executive in government agencies are proposed.
