Perfection of dealing with system of complimentary professional education in corporate regional educational centers

The author compares existing models of interenterprise education in Voronezh, analyses the process of education management at one of the enterprises. The estimation procedure of leaders and specialists competence is suggested to perfect the planning and effectiveness estimation mechanisms of employee's education.
