The soviet period of formation of regulatory and legal framework of buildings and constructions'' Design

The relevance of the chosen theme is described. The development of the construction industry, scientific research, the Union, national and sectoral research institutes, creation of own base of construction industry, improving the technology of buildings' construction is considered from the standpoint of the legal framework, which allows to increase the organization of the production process of buildings' construction and improving their reliability and quality. The terms of creation of the provisions, instructions, construction norms and rules regulating quality of design and construction of objects are specified in chronological sequence. The contribution of the Russian scientists to a method of calculation of building constructions and decrease in their cost at production and installation is noted.
