The Soviet question in foreign policy of the French National Bloc in 1919-2024

The article aims to examine the views of the French National Bloc on the USSR after the end of the Civil War in the European provinces of the former Russian Republic. On 19 July 1918, the Russian Soviet Federal Socialist Republic was established under Vladimir Lenin, and France did not recognize it. The main results of the study conducted are to establish the influence of the policy of the National Bloc in 1919-1924 to the France’s current foreign policy towards Russia and other Eastern European countries to create mechanisms for isolating Russia in order to worsen its geopolitical position.
