With assessed the diagnostic efficiency of SPECT-CT in advanced disease control in patients with differentiated thyroid cancer and planning further tactics of treatment. The results of SPECT-CT combined scintiscanning and planar scintiscanning matched in 11 cases. Carrying out combined SPECT-CT examination leads to modification of treatment in 38% of patients.
