Modern interpretation of professional self-determination: propaedeutics

In the article the factors of professional self-determination through a modern vision are described at a propaedeutic level. They are: deep self-cognition based on reflexivity as a property of personality; a new look at the world of professions; factor of competiveness at labor market; factor of informatization computerization in professional sphere; multiculturalism in education and social-economic sphere.
