The management of a cultural organization is fundamentally different from the management of a business organization; therefore, it is crucial to protect the high culture from the market demands to maintain the artistic quality. However, the support for culture organizations is decreasing every year, in both the Russian Federation and other countries. Moreover, all financial donors such as state and local authorities, charitable foundations, and individuals tend to support culture organizations depending on their efficiency. Consequently, the function of culture changes which requires new management technologies used by such organizations, so that they could work with different audiences.
