Современная межгосударственная договорно-правовая база китайско-индийского сотрудничества

Актуальность представленной работы заключается в растущей политической и экономической роли Китая и Индии в Азиатско-Тихоокеанском регионе. Китайско-индийские отношения представляются барометром стабильности и безопасности не только в региональном контексте, но и в глобальном. Целью представленного исследования стало изучение договорно-правовой базы сотрудничества Китая и Индии на современном этапе их отношений. В ходе анализа документов был сделан вывод о том, что в последние годы двусторонние отношения государств стабильно развивались, о чем свидетельствует разработанная разносторонняя и многоуровневая нормативно-правовая основа китайско-индийского сотрудничества. Благодаря активному взаимодействию были налажены контакты на разных уровнях власти, бизнеса, науки и образования. Несмотря на наличие нерешенных территориальных вопросов и пандемию китайско-индийские отношения продолжают развиваться и наполняться конкретным содержанием. Стабильность сотрудничества Китая и Индии является взаимовыгодным условием для достижения собственных национальных интересов этих государств.
