Modern Russian historiography of the making of healthcare systems among the nomadic peoples of Central Asia

The article examines modern Russian studies in history devoted to the making of healthcare systems in the territory of residence of Central Asian nomadic peoples, mainly belonging to the Mongolian world (Buryat-Mongolia, Mongolia, Tuva, Kazakhstan and Kalmykia). The author identifies the main directions of research, characterizes their common features and outlines promising areas for future research.
