Current state and strategy of development of agrarian and industrial complex of Perm krai

The article deals with problems of development of agrarian and industrial complex in Perm Krai the result of which is general decline in production, abruption of economic relation, absence of scientifically grounded concept of legal base for implementation of market reforms, and main directions of increase of efficiency of functioning of the agricultural enterprises of a regional agricultural complex.
