Current state of research on personal qualities of bailiff service employees

The paper presents a study of the problem of studying the personal qualities of employees of the bailiff service in modern science and practice. Based on the analysis and generalization of the experience of theoretical and empirical study of the personal characteristics of bailiffs, the analysis of the structural components of their personality is carried out, the personality qualities that allow them to successfully carry out professional activities in conditions of lack of time and information, interact productively in a professional environment (high motivation, emotional stability, ability to plan and self-regulate their own activities, sociability, stress resistance, etc.) are highlighted. The risks of professional and personal deformation of bailiff service employees, including the risk of experiencing depression, anxiety, and stress, are identified. The results of the study can be used for professional psychological selection of bailiff service employees, their psychological support and professional training, as well as for the development of effective technologies for the prevention of professional deformation and burnout syndrome.
