The current state of legal regulation of anti-corruption in the Russian Federation

The article reveals the current state of legal regulation of anti-corruption in the Russian Federation. This article analyzes a number of key legal acts that regulate anti-corruption issues, as well as anti-corruption strategies and measures to prevent conflicts of interest in government. The peculiarities of legislative changes that make it possible to increase the effectiveness of the fight against corruption are revealed. It is also concluded that there is a need for further development of legal mechanisms and means to ensure anti-corruption.
