Современное состояние проблемы хирургического лечения подошвенного фасциоза (обзор литературы)

В настоящее время среди специалистов нет единого мнения о терминологии, патогенезе и лечении пяточной шпоры. Оперативное лечение пяточной шпоры используется при отсутствии эффекта от консервативного лечения в течение 6 месяцев - одного года. Несмотря на то, что нет четкой связи между наличием костного остеофита в пяточной области и подошвенной пяточной болью, многие специалисты до сих пор считают основной целью хирургического лечения удаление экзостоза. Другая распространенная точка зрения на этот процесс - это операции, направленные на уменьшение натяжения подошвенного апоневроза - релиз подошвенной фасции и, как следствие, уменьшение или полное исчезновение болевого синдрома. После подтверждения дегенеративного, невоспалительного характера заболевания появился третий подход к хирургическому лечению проксимального подошвенного фасциоза, направленный на улучшение регенерации коллагена и васкуляризации подошвенного апоневроза.
