The contemporary meaning of I. Kant's perpetual peace

The article discusses topical for the beginning of the twenty-first century ideas of German philosopher on issues of war and peace in the interpretation of well-known scholars: A. Soloviev, F. Gerhard, G. Prutz, F. Goetz, O. Hoeffe and others. The authors consider the connection between the ideas of Kant with the conceptions of modern mega-diplomacy (P. Khanna).
