Modern forms of uniting the teaching staff at educational institutions of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs

The main forms of uniting the teaching staff at educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia are under consideration. The author specifies three main research areas to study the forms of the teaching staff team-building. The emphasis is made on the role and importance of various corporate events pursuing to unite the teaching staff. The classification of corporate events has been studied. The forms of the team-building according to the socially-psychological approach are as follows: intensive courses, regular classes, occasional meetings, trainings, business games, case-studies and discussions. To unite the team it is essential to consider nine stages of team-building as well as characteristics of the conditions in which the staff is united via team-building
