Введение: Стриктуры везикоуретрального анастомоза (СВУА) после радикальной простатэктомии (РПЭ) являются наиболее частым поздним осложнением наряду с недержанием мочи. Возможно их сочетание с недержанием мочи, но также возможно и адекватное удержание мочи при наличии СвУА, что является решающим фактором при выборе тактики лечения. Довольно высокая частота возникновения и негативное влияние на качество жизни и социальную адаптацию после радикального лечения обусловливает актуальность изучения эффективности различных методов коррекции данного осложнения. Материалы и методы: Проведен поиск в базах Pubmed, Web of science, Сyberleninka, elibrary, ЦНМБ за период с 1994 г. по 2019 г. по следующим ключевым словам: лечение стриктур везикоуретрального анастомоза, инцизия, бужирование, эндоскопическая коррекция, лазерная аблация, плазменная вапоризация, робот-ассистированный реанастомоз, пластика уретры буккальным лоскутом. Результаты: Представлены данные 24-х источников. Выделены основные методы лечения СВУА как малоинвазивные, так и открытые, приведено описание их техники выполнения и результаты безрецидивного течения после лечения...
