Modern methods of flight training

The relevance of this work is beyond doubt, because analysis of flight safety reports (FS) provided by various international and domestic organizations, materials on the investigation of aviation accidents and serious aviation incidents that occurred with civil aviation aircraft shows that in 70-80% of cases, they occurred due to the human factor, moreover, most of them were the result of errors by crew members or shortcomings in their work. This article discusses the importance of professional training of flight crew theoretical and flight training.
