An analysis of the literature devoted to modern methods of perfusion imaging in the diagnosis of neurodegenerative changes in the brain in cerebrovascular disease was carried out. As the study showed, perfusion SPECT of the brain makes it possible to determine perfusion disorders at the preclinical stage of development of cerebrovascular disease. For a more accurate diagnosis of hidden demyelination of the brain pathways, it is advisable to use perfusion MRI neuroimaging methods. MSCT perfusion is most effective in identifying acute ischemic brain lesions. The problem of complex application and combined analysis of data from all methods of perfusion neuroimaging for the purpose of early, preclinical diagnosis of dyscirculatory encephalopathy remains poorly understood.
