Modern methods of developing cross-cultural competencies through education

Intercultural education refers to pedagogy, since the goals, content, learning processes, teaching methods, curricula and materials, as well as their evaluation, ensure the development of intercultural competencies in students in all types of education and is the basis for dialogue in intercultural communication. The article discusses the methods of developing cross-cultural competencies in education. A comparison of methods and the characteristics of the acquisition of skills and knowledge by students in the course of the educational process in all its forms: knowledge, skills, abilities, emotional and evaluative activities, as well as from everyday experience and communication (family, peer group, neighbours, encounters, library, mass media, work, play, etc.).
