В статье обобщена информация, посвященная проблеме лимфореи у больных раком молочной железы после радикальных мастэктомий. Установлены этио-патогенетические факторы, приводящие к развитию лимфореи, описаны особенности клинического течения лимфореи и методы диагностики, а также различные способы профилактики лимфореи.

Modern tendencies of prevention of lymphorrea after radical mastectomies (the literature review)

The review describes the modern status of the problem of lymphorrea after radical mastectomies. Different etiologic and pathogenetic factors leading to seroma formation were discovered. The aspects of clinical features and diagnostics are described. Furthermore, different techniques of prevention are discussed.
