Novels in the Russian legislation on luxury goods

The article analyzes the modern Russian legislation regarding existence of references, signs, and concepts of luxury goods. The carried-out analysis of regulations testifies to absence of concept of luxury goods in the sources of law. Meanwhile the mention of luxury goods in the regulations including the recently adopted acts, testifies to the efforts of the legislator to introduce the concept of "luxury goods".
