Modern approach of diagnosis and treatment of liver-kidney failurein patients with obstructive jaundice

In this paper, the authors analyzed the experience of diagnosis and treatment of hepatic and renal failure in obstructive jaundice. In 120 patients with chromatography and mass spektormetriey studied the role of intestinal toxic metabolites, particularly ammonia and nitro compounds in urine is highly toxic in the pathogenesis of hepatic and renal failure and identify ways to correct it - the simultaneousdosing decompression biliary drainage in the form nazobiliarnogo +enteroprotektivnoy rifaximin therapy, and lactulose.
