In recent years there has been a significant increase in the incidence of acute pancreatitis (AP). The most severe forms of AP are complicated by development of multiple organ failure (MODS), mortality in these cases in up to 25-80% according to different sources. Intensive care of AP includes antibacterial therapy, use of protease inhibitors, extracorporeal detoxification methods, parenteral nutrition and the various programs of infusion therapy. The most severe complication of MODS is acute renal failure (ARF). ARF extremely worsening patient's condition and prognosis of the disease. In the context of MODS complicated by ARF infusion therapy programs require a more detailed approach in order to prevent fatal complications.
