The dynamic development of tourism in the global space is the main generator of stimulating the development of tourism infrastructure, and one of its main components - the hotel industry. The increasing competition in the market placement requires hoteliers continuous improvement in all aspects of management, including in the field of human resource management. The human component in the hospitality industry plays a fundamental role at times in the final perception of the quality of services provided and the degree of satisfaction of guests. In the article the modern approaches to teaching placement of collective resources personnel, provides practical examples of foreign practice of hotel. Disclosed training issues of international hotel operators for their needs, based on the opening of training structures in conjunction with the public authorities.
