In modern conditions of emergence of VUCAmodel of development of the modern world and business changes requirements to management system. This predetermines the revisioning the principles of career management and the provision of opportunities for continuous training and personnel development. The instability, uncertainty and complexity of the business environment implies the transformation of the labor market in terms of career preferences and the formation of multifunctional specialists with soft skills. Areas of activity popular in the future and new positions, and also ways of interaction of higher education institutions and employers for the purpose of formation of competitive advantages of graduates are designated. The aim of the study is to identify the impact of the new modern model of VUCA on business development and career development. The personal contribution of the author is an attempt to outline the contours of the future career space in connection with the entry into the VUCAworld, which involves the formation and implementation of developing management systems and changing career trajectories of a person. In these circumstances, it is necessary to revise the principles of career management, based on a new system of values.
