Modern approaches to the implementation of the functions of the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation in the field of economic crimes

Reforming the economic system of the state causes the greatest acuteness of the threat of criminalization of social relations that are developing in this particular area. The article deals with the problems of identifying, investigating, suppressing and preventing economic crimes as socially dangerous acts that encroach on the normal functioning and development of the economy. The article presents the key areas for improving the work of the EBiPK unit of the Internal Affairs Department of Russia in the field of combating economic crime, and recommends a set of measures to prevent corruption in the Internal Affairs Department.
