Current approaches to management of pregnant women having "doubtful" form of antiphospholipid syndrome

Studying results of hemostasis system in 42 patients aged 25-37 years and having ?doubtful? form of antiphospholipid syndrome and of the development strategy of managing pregnancy in them is presented in the article. Taking into account the data obtained, the strategy of managing pregnant women was developed which allowed to avoid many serious complications associated with antiphospholipid syndrome.
