Modern problems of combination of endogenous and addictive disorders

Ambiguity of correlations and interactions of two forms of pathology are stated. Under impact of schizophrenic process combined alcohol pathology acquires atypicality of alcohol addictive motivations with onset of psychotic motivation, atypicality of alcohol behavior, non-development of withdrawal syndrome and dependence of prognosis on type of course and form of schizophrenia. The influence of alcohol addiction on clinic and course of schizophrenia was expressed only as addition of facade of exogenous symptoms, without essential impact on course and prognosis of basic disease.
