Modern sports training systems in the Russian Federation at the present stage

The article examines the modern system of sports training in the Russian Federation with an emphasis on the development of sports reserves. An extensive network of institutions is described, including training centers, sports schools, and Olympic reserve schools. The changes in the regulatory framework that contribute to improving the qualifications of athletes and coaches are analyzed. The problems of interdepartmental cooperation and the need to revise educational standards are emphasized.
