Mordern sociocultural practices for the development of human and social capital

The article considers socio cultural environment as the most important factor in the formation of human and social capital, at the same time, analyzes the concepts expressing approaches to its creation with the participation of man, his capabilities, views, development, goals, as well as quality of life and conditions of existence. The authors consider the expansion of the possibility of a person to improve himself and his inner qualities, such as creativity, initiative, responsibility, as an essential factor in the development of various spheres of activity. From the position of designing the socio cultural environment, the authors draw attention to the importance of involving people in socially signifi cant activities. Among the methods most conducive to the creation of conditions for the development of human and social capital, special attention is paid to participatory design as the most relevant modern conditions and trends of socio cultural practice. The conclusions are confi rmed by the results of our own practical and research activities in the sphere of socio cultural design in the conditions of higher education institution.
