The most important goal of primary education is to create a solid foundation for further education, the development of skills to independently manage their educational activities. One of the essential elements of the learning process is to test the knowledge, skills, and abilities acquired by students. The development of an operational control system that allows an objective assessment of students' knowledge, identifying existing gaps and determining ways to eliminate them, is one of the conditions for improving the learning process. At the present time, they are trying to give the verification and control business content: not only the teacher checks the progress of the students, but the students also check the level of their knowledge. In addition, the teacher checks himself, the level and correctness of teaching the material being studied. In this case, various forms and methods of verification and evaluation are used. This paper proposes a system for monitoring the learning outcomes of school informatics in elementary school based on modular-rating technology.
