The article analyzes the trends in the development of regional legal systems. The author defines the main directions in the development of regional legislation including the deletion of discrepancies between federal and regional legislation, and between the present spheres of legislation and municipal normative acts, reception of federal legislation and obliteration of regional legislation, increase of inter subjective legal acts, unification of the legal policy and enforcement of the role of systematization of regional legislative.
