Factors influencing the architecture of modern apartment buildings for social purposes

This article is devoted to the study of modern trends in the architecture of foreign social housing. The problems of social housing from the point of view of architecture are identified and the current situation is analyzed, showing the active popularization and development of social housing in Europe. The main trends affecting the architecture of social housing have been identified and studied. The influence of these trends on the basis of examples of modern implemented social housing projects is considered.
