Статья содержит обсуждение ключевых проблем коронарной хирургии с учетом более чем 30-летнего опыта авторов. Изложен современный взгляд на показания к выполнению коронарного шунтирования и отбор больных для хирургического вмешательства с учетом наиболее поздних и завершенных исследований. Отражены современные подходы к хирургической технике, выбору трансплантатов, а также возможности, которые дает использование микрохирургической техники.
