Current trends in the development of the currency control system in the field of foreign economic activity of entrepreneurs

The paper considers the currency control carried out by the state bodies of the Russian Federation, including the concept of currency transactions. The innovations in the legislation on currency regulation and currency control are analyzed in detail. The regulatory legal framework governing the currency relations in question arising between residents and non-residents, as well as the state, is indicated.
