Modern trends in motivated work of specialists in IT companies

The article is devoted to identifying the motivational profile of specialists in the field of information technology. The features of the Russian market of IT-services, and problems and specifics of the activity of the information technology industry are considered. Based on the conducted study on identifying the factors that affect the level of motivation of employees of IT companies, the predominant needs and motives have been determined, as well as the main aspirations of employees realized in the course of their professional activities. The key features of building a system of labor motivation for specialists are considered, including both a formalized assessment of performance results and the use of an individualized approach to motivating employees.
